Masseria Itaca
The project of the villa style “Masseria Itaca” of 422 mq has been realized in order to give a precise replica of our antiques Masserias, equipped with all services and comforts that the important residences require nowadays.
The “Masseria Puglia” style is composed by raw materials as tuff, carparo, leccese stone, white plastures, cloisters with olive-trees, rooms with walled wardrobes and bathroom, coating and flooring with local puglia stone, furnished kitchen with fireplace, suite in the tower with bedroom and wc for the guests and panoramic solarium-terrace, verandas for lunch or dinner outside in the cloister, outside oven for bread, buns, pizza, barbeque for roasts, swimming pool with sauna and jacuzzi.
There is an Internet connection both via cave and satellite for keeping in touch with the rest of the world. The entire villa “Masseria Itaca” is with cloister, swimming-pool, carpot, yards, walkings and fenced with a nice tuff and stone wall.
This is a real typical Masseria, built up by experienced local craftsmen using antiques traditional techniques. Each Masseria has enormous olive-trees, autochthonous vineyards style alberello, cultivable gardens. We are able to take care of your vegetable gardens and to supply you with all the necessary season fruit and vegetable, besides the pasta made of our grain, sweets, ecc.. during your stay here.
The location is excellent, just a few minutes and we are at the Brindisi International Airport, or in the lovely baroque city Lecce (the Florence of South), or in Ostuni (Città bianca).
