The acquisition process requires some passages which typically provide:

  • A formal offer for the acquisition;
  • The stipulation of the Preliminary Acquisition of the property;
  • The Deed, contract signed in the Notary official presence.

In each phase our expert in languages personnel can advise for finding the best solutions for according the taxation of different nations.

The total price include the construction key in hand, with kitchen, bathrooms, fireplace, barbeque, pool, special equipments, canopy/gazebo for 1 or 2 cars, land, ecc as described by the specifications.

Costs

The price of the vacations houses, except for special cases, are clearly indicated. Ulterior costs are the 10% of the Acquisition (VAT) for the non residents or Stamp Duty, land register tariffs, registration taxes, Notary costs, (gas, electricity and phone connections) and if necessary, geometricians, the legal and fiscal assistance. The payment terms are subject of agreement with the promoter.

Some years ago we started searching for a place where we would spend our future time after downshifting our busy life...
The first step was an island in the South Pacific, but there we soon understood that nobody stands permanently so much beauty without becoming spleeny…, and that we cannot depart again whenever we want to, unless we use a ship or a plane. Then we visited intensively Central America and it was there that we understood we felt in our heart very European and that, for our continuing wellbeing, we need to get near the heritage of the culture we have been brought up with. But where could we stay in Europe, while looking for the sun, space, a simple but quality life and in the neighborhood of the sea? We tried to find our personal paradise in Spain, but it was too expensive for what it was, and already overcrowded...
The same seemed to be true for Italy too, until we found Puglia! especially Salento that offers everything we were looking for: lush nature, many tasting pleasures (good wine first of all) and people kind to the foreigners, while always being proud of their land. Three years ago, we bought a house here in Salento and we feel so good that we have decided to have constructed another one, a proper one now, without moulds, without cracks and with central heating and all comfort, so that we can live here all year long.
After having consulted many companies and builders, we have chosen to work with IOLE IMMOBILIARE (GRUPPO DIMASTRODONATO) to build our house, where we expect to live for the next 20-30 years, enjoying the sea every day and fostering further the development of this region, which we now consider a bit to be "ours" too.
